Helping to Make Healthcare More Affordable for the Big Sky Community
Do you work or live in Big Sky? Are you uninsured or experiencing financial hardship as a result of needed healthcare services?
We will cover up to $500 of the cost of acute medical care provided by the B2 Urgent Care Clinics on the mountain, Big Sky Eyes, the Big Sky Medical Center, and other providers in the area.

If you are employed or live in Big Sky and have financial need, you're eligible.
We'll cover up to $500 per person per calendar year, subject to availability of grant funding to Big Sky Bandage.
You can use one of two approaches. When you receive your bill, you can self-pay and request a reimbursement from us. The other option is to send us a copy of your bill and we'll pay up to $500 of the balance directly on your behalf.
In either case, fill out the claim form on this site and upload a copy of your receipt (if you self-paid) or your bill (if you'd like us to pay on your behalf).
We will process your request within 7 to 10 days of receipt of your information.
We'll collect the information we need to issue and mail the payment and information to verify your eligibility to confirm you're under the $500 yearly limit.
If you'd like to be reimbursed directly, we'll need a receipt from the provider showing that you've paid them. This receipt must include: date of service, provider name, your name, and the amount you paid.
If you'd like us to pay your bill on your behalf, we just need a copy of the bill from your provider. We send a copy of this invoice with out payment on your behalf. The invoice must include: date of service, provider name, your account number with the provider, your name, the due date, and the amount due. For B2 and Bozeman Health, this is all on the first page of your invoice.
Any personal health information that you provide is purely optional. If you choose to answer the optional questions on our form, we'll anonymize your data and use it to support the effectiveness of our program and to secure future funding.

Welcome to BigSkyBandage.org (the "Site"), operated by Big Sky Bandage, a non-profit organization ("we," "us," or "our"). The Services are intended for individuals in the United States, specifically those working or living in the Big Sky, MT area only and are not be available in all jurisdictions.
BigSkyBandage.org allows eligible users to submit contact information and details of unpaid medical bills ("Individual Health Grant Requests") for review. As a non-profit, we may, at our sole discretion, reimburse for or pay certain qualifying medical bills on behalf of approved users through our charitable programs. We make no guarantee that any submitted bill will be paid, and all decisions are final.
You retain ownership of your User Submissions but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, process, and share them as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., verifying employment or bills with healthcare providers).

Medical Bill Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of medical bill information. Errors may result in non-payment or delays. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate submissions.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our privacy policy (https://bigskybandage.org/privacy), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including sensitive medical and contact data. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
The Site and Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIG SKY BANDAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Sky Bandage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your User Submissions, violation of these Terms, or use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but these Terms' provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, indemnification) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
